Board Member Spotlight: Barbara Wescott

Barbara Wescott has lived in Tallahassee for over 30 years with her husband Les, raising their children and pets. Barbara currently serves on Domi Station’s Board of Directors and is the entrepreneurial spirit behind local start ups and initiatives including Women’s Wednesdays, Shop Tally with Swellcoin and Masks for Tally. As an authentic entrepreneur and successful collaborator, Barbara is convinced you must find your ‘peeps’ in the startup community and Tallahassee’s diverse environment is the best place to start.

Barbara believes Domi is a home for all entrepreneurs and creative minds; it is the place to find your tribe. Domi provides resources, and most importantly, it is a place to connect and collaborate with fellow innovators who share your entrepreneurial enthusiasm. While Barbara admits to having a fear of public speaking and lives by the Sheryl Sandberg quote, “what would you do if you weren't afraid,” she continues to speak up and advocate for diversity, collaboration and every entrepreneur on a mission.
