We’re in this together! With that in mind, we have been looking for ways that we can effectively support entrepreneurs, self-employed, contractors, freelancers, and gig workers as they navigate the COVID-19 crisis. As a part of this initiative, our team is identifying resources including guidebooks, webinars, and much more. Additionally, we are providing targeted mentorship to our members.

The Council on Culture & Arts (COCA) is a non-profit organization that serves as a catalyst for development and support of arts and culture in Florida’s capital region. With social distancing becoming the current norm, COCA has launched an initiative called “Poems To Go” in an effort to help support local businesses and artists.

ServiceIndustry.Tips is a volunteer network made up of a computer technician, a technologist, a 25-year hospitality veteran, a community organizer, and hundreds of local coordinators across the country. This new website was created to enable the public to tip professionals in the service industry that are located in over 270 different cities, including Tallahassee.
